Any hope of waking up if a relative is in coma for 4mths after a stroke ?

Very Unlikely: Although there has been miraculous exceptions only the medical team treating the pt could tell if there has been some clinical improvement that may lead to recovery. In general we have to accept this condition as futile. Age is important ( children have more chances to recover)and other medical conditions may complicate things. Best wishes.
