Brother had stroke, is in coma. not waking up. treated for pneumonia and fever. happened thursday night. what should i expect or prepare for?

Depends: This all depends on how large the stroke was and which parts of the brain were affected. Also, getting pneumonia on top of that likely complicated things. I wish him well, but unfortunately, you are at a "wait and see" point in his care.
