Upper teeth?: Might be related. If your upper molars are sensitive and you have sinus pain, you could have a sinus infection. Antibiotics. You could also have a "heavy bite" on these upper molars radiating to your sinus. Have a dentist equilibrate your bite. If it doesn't get better, see an ENT md (sinus) or a dentist (teeth).

Decongestant : If this is from a simple cold then a sinus decongestant should help. If you have a more severe sinus infection you may need to see your M.D. For an antibiotic. You should also see your dentist to rule out any actual tooth problems that could be present in conjunction with a sinus problem.
