If you get a back tooth pulled will your remaining teeth start to spread?

Possibly : Teeth tend to move in response to the forces placed upon them. Muscles including the tongue can easily displace teeth. Eruptive forces also contribute to movement. If spaces are available and outside forces are placed on teeth they may drift. Exceptions occur when the teeth are ankylosed or fused to the bone.

If it is 3rd molar, : No. If it is a tooth that has neighboring teeth, the tooth in each side will drift in the space and the tooth on top will supraerupt. I hope this helps you.
