Patience and Help: You are young so your chances of success are very high. Time is on your side too. Still, 5 years is abnormal and you may need assistance, so do not wait 5 yrs. Given your history, you might want a consult with fertility specialist to plan when to test and treat. You could also wait the normal 1 year then get help (at 26 the risks are low for waiting).
