Depends: There are many reasons why ur not getting pregnant now. Best thing to do is to see your ob/gyn that can initiate a proper work-up and find out what it s going on.

Molar pregnancy: The molar pregnancy most likely is not affecting your not getting pregnant now. In a six month period, only around 50% of couples who are appropriately trying to get pregnant actually conceive.
