Yes. You are-: -taking a mild analgesic Tylenol (acetaminophen). It does not inhibit the inflammation response. OTC NSAIDS such as Aleve & ibuprofen will inhibit the inflammatory reaction to calm down the arthritic process. Aleve max dose is 750mg every 12 hours. If you are able to take them, & understand the increased risk of a cardiovascular event, try this. If improved,drop the dose by 1 220mg gradually until you get relief.
