I would not advise : To continue with any aspirin as there are better drugs other to control your disease. While Aspirin can be used a short term pain medication but it does not treat the underlying problem and your psoriatic arthritis can still progress and worsening over. Make an appointment with a rheumatologist will be the best option at this time and discuss about your treatment plan.
