Define safe . Last time I calculated the numbers the risk to a fully vaccinated person of ICU level care or death was 1/28,000. That said some will get the disease, especially variants, and become ill spreaders. Infection is more likely to be a mild cold or flu if it occurs. This ends up being your choice to live life the way you choose.

Not sure what you mean by safe? You will be at high risk of exposure to COVID-19, especially if others and you are not wearing a mask. If you get it not likely you will die. Compared to unvaccinated folks. So I would listen to the science and follow CDC guidelines. You can also get infected with Covid and have no symptoms but pass it on to others. I might buy their albums and listen at home.

A booster may be recommended in the future. While the absolute number of break through infections is relatively low, they account for a significant portion of COVID 19 hospitalizations. Crowds increase the risk of infection. Discuss with your physician, but to be safe wear a mask and avoid crowds if you are able to do so.
