Underweight: You badly need a complete work-up if you have not had one yet to determine the cause of your problem. If your doctor has already evaluated you and found no cause for your loss of appetite, you can ask him/her to try placing you on periactin (cyproheptadine hydrochloride) (ciproheptadine).
