Lactobacillus is ok: Probioticds in culturelle or allign mainly contain lactobacillus. This seems safe, although, not all contents are exactly and completely mentioned in otc preparations. Since hyperkalemia is potentially life-threatening, it is important to follow closely with your doctor to make sure it is under control with your current level of food and supplement intake.
