Unlikely worrisome: Have you had prior headaches, does migraine run in your family, have you had head or neck injuries, are there inner ear problems? Some patients with migraine heredity have a light headed dizzy sensation on rapid turning or change in position. Discuss further with your regular doc, just to make sure you do not have anemia or thyroid issues.
