Unlikely: It looks like you have already ruled out serious/life threatening causes like an aneurysm or tumor if your brain MRI and mra are normal. So you should not worry about dying due to headaches. Pain medicines of all sorts are available to relieve headaches. Have you consulted a headache specialist? Usually a neurologist, can help or he/she could send you to headache specialist.
