Hemorroids: You probably might have more hemorroids again. Please see your doctor.

Probably hemorrhoids: As hemorrhoidal banding is not a permanent cure but more importantly you should be checked with a colonoscopy for polyps or tumors if you haven't had a recent colonoscopy. Don't just assume it is your hemorrhoids.

Rectal bleeding: Rectal bleeding may be from hemorrhoids, but it may be from a number of more serious causes. You should see your doctor about this asap.
