Oral Pathologist: Is the white spot inside the jaws or outside. You can consult an oral pathologist or see your dentist. It is most likely a benign lesion which you had all the time.

Stop chewing see MD: An oral surgeon or ENT md should take a look and biopsy. Maybe it will scare you enough to stop this disgusting and dangerous habit. The last person i told this to, quit and got a nice girl friend soon afterward. Nothing is more of a turnoff to girls than tobacco chewing.
