After i had a panic attack, i quit smoking tobacco cold turkey about 4-5 days ago. it's causing panic triggers often now. should i smoke again, but less? would it help ease the triggers? it's horrible and i feel like i chose a bad time to quit?

1st have a physical exam to rule out a physical problem. When you have a lot of anxiety you are more likely to have a panic attack. Panic attacks can mimic signs of a heart attack but are very treatable. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM.com sessions to find better coping mechanisms. Medication can be helpful prescribed by a Psychiatrist.
