This morning, i noticed a few tiny white spots on my upper lip. they don't itch or hurt. i don't smoke or chew tobacco. could it be fordyce spots?

Give details: Are the spots on the vermilion border, the red part of the lip? Do they become visible mostly when you stretch the skin and look very close? Then they are Fordyce spots.
