Ativan (lorazepam): Not likely. Ativan (lorazepam) would be out of your system in couple of days at the most.

Probably not: If it was just a single dose of Ativan (lorazepam) 0.75mg over 2 weeks ago, it would most likely be out of your system by now. Hopefully, it was actually prescribed to you, as taking medication prescribed to other people is not a good or safe idea. Best wishes.
