It is possible: It is possible to get a new nodule on then side that was left behind. If it really is a new nodule an ultrasound will quickly give you some vital info. Have your primary order one or if possible contact the surgeon who initially operated on you.

Yes: Goiter means swelling of the thyroid. The swelling could be the same condition in another area of the thyroid, or something new. Have it checked by your ent.

Yes: You can get new nodules on the remaining side. It it's small, you can follow it with ultrasound to monitor for changes. You might not need to have another surgery unless it starts causing swallowing or breathing problem. If it grows over time, you might need a biopsy.
