Thyroid: I feel that these are commonly benign findings in females and would be more concerning in males. I recommend obtaining a second opinion from a surgeon who is highly experienced in head and neck surgery. Your endocrinologist would collaborate with this surgeon who is skilled in thyroid surgery. Proper follow-up will also be obtained.
