Consider a recheck: There is always the day before a kid has an ear infection or pneumonia or dehydration or whatever. If you are concerned that baby is loosing ground in this illness there is always the chance that a treatable issue has come up at this point & more can be done. Call & discuss your concerns with the office or just schedule a re-check.
