Tell your doctor &: stop the low-dose Concerta ASAP. 24 hours after the last dose, your symptoms should abate if they represent an unusual reaction to Concerta. If your oral temperature is > 100 degrees F &/or your symptoms persist after 24 hours from your last dose, they are unlikely to be a side effect of Concerta.
