Tell your doctor &amp;: stop the low-dose Concerta ASAP. 24 hours after the last dose, your symptoms should abate if they represent an unusual reaction to Concerta. If your oral temperature is &gt; 100 degrees F &amp;/or your symptoms persist after 24 hours from your last dose, they are unlikely to be a side effect of Concerta.
