A member asked:

I have high blood pressure, is there a good over-the-counter medicine for allergies and sinus headaches and pressure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Antihistamines: Generally, antihistamines are safe and do not affect blood pressure. Avoid decongestants. Essentially, all of the decongestants are vasoconstrictors. There is no evidence that decongestants are helpful for chronic conditions and should be avoided by almost everyone.
