Small bumps: Yes it can be normal but without more information and evaluation it is impossible to tell if it normal for you. There are many salivary glands in the lips, cheeks, under the tongue and if you rub your tongue along those areas you will feel the bumps that are those salivary glands, but if the bumps are something you never noticed before you should have them evaluated to be sure.
