Vitamin D-licious!: So right now, vitamin d is getting a lot of attention. What we know is that a lot of people are deficient. We know its important for bone health, especially in post menopausal women. Beyond that, everything is hypothetical. It cannot hurt you, taking a daily supplement, but its long term health benefit is still not fully known.
