What should i do my daughter have fever 2days already . im given her paracetamol but after 4hrs she's sick again.?

If no better : By tomorrow, you need to take her in to see her pediatrician. Question is - are you giving her the dose that she needs base on her weight and every four hours for fever above 100.4? How old is she? Any other signs and symptoms aside from fever? In meantime, nourish her and bed rest and continue fever control.
