Here comes the sun..: If the window is open and you're hanging out of it at midday, possibly. Sunshine through windows does not count, because it does not work. You must be outside around midday. Wearing sunscreen also diminishes the effect of the sunlight. Fair skinned, untanned people need less exposure as opposed to tanned, Hispanic or black skin. Over exposure has it's own problems so monitor your time in the sun.
