Vitamin D: Absolutely not. But sunlight in and of itself will not increase vitamin d levels. The sun has to be at a certain angle in the sky. There is a physics involved. In the winter, in the northern hemisphere it is best to get vitamin d as a supplement since the sun is not at a good angle for this vitamin d process.
