Can sesamoiditis bring about fracture?

Not exactly: Sesamoiditis and sesamoid fractures are usually different entities but are sometimes grouped together because the symptoms are similar--pain. Sesamoiditis is truly inflammation of the bone usually from an overuse injury. Fractures can be acute or due to stress.

Yes: Sesamoiditis is inflammation of the bone which is caused by trauma. Continue trauma could lead to fracture.
