Probably not: Once a tooth that supports a bridge is removed, a dentist has to redesign/reconfigure that support and bite dynamics on other teeth. Dental implants have made replacing teeth like one lost from a bridge easier. However, joining natural teeth to dental implants in not generally recommended.
