Ask your dentist....: Most dentist can screen you and refer you to a orthodontic specialist (braces doctor) who can evaluate you and discuss your treatment options. Metal braces or clear aligners like clearcorrect or invisaglin. You may need to get x rays and molds of your teeth made to get a more comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan.

Seek help: Obviously the problem is not self-resolving. May need a combination of teeth straightening and teeth reshaping because crooked teeth wear unevenly. Ask your dentist to refer you to an orthodontist for an initial exam (often complimentary) who can then work with your dentist to provide you with a result to be proud of.
