Likely none: If it is black spots that do not brush off with a tooth brush, the paste is not going to make that much more of a difference. You need to see your dentist to see if it is decay or demineralization that is the start of decay and may also need to be removed.

Toothpaste: Tooth stains can come from foods, tobacco, tea, coffee or from bacteria in the mouth. Some patients who are good at brushing form a black stain around their teeth. These stains are associated with the bacteria in their mouth. Using abrassive toothpaste can help but can cause sensativity do to tooth abrassion and gum irritation. Brushing with baking soda occasionally can help.

Stain : There are really no stain removing toothpastes out there. Some toothpastes are a bit more abrasive than others which i personally don't recommend since they will wear your teeth down. I believe you should have a consultation with a dentist to explore your options.
