Yes: May sure your doctor says you are healthy enough. Crank up the music and dance around like a fool! get your heart rate going and keep it going for 15 min. Go up and down stairs if you have them.

Steps: If you don't have steps, use something you can step up on that is sturdy and not too high. Alternate which leg goes first.
