Sick outside: If not properly clothed & weather freezing, possible flu-like symptoms ensue.

Not really.: No evidence to support this. Although i suppose it depends on what you mean by sick and how you perceive health. Cold exposure certainly in itself does not cause any disease. There are many who swim in cold water each day for health.
