Vegetables & fruits: The healthiest foods to eat are fresh vegetables & fruits (though best fruits are less sweet ones like berries, cherries, citrus & apples), preferably organic. But nothing will totally balance the damage caused by junk food- esp. Try to limit deep-fried foods & sodas- these are the least healthy of all foods. See http://www.Drfuhrman.Com/library/foodpyramid.Aspx to learn more about healthy choices.
