Avoid fried sweets: As usual, less calories in, more calories burned equals wgt loss. Avoid fried sweets especially around holidays & parties. Be careful of ghee, curry made w/ coconut or palm oil, lachaparati, roti, and other breads. Eat more steamed or lightly cooked veggies, don't drink juices or other sugared drinks. Turn off the internet, tv, and enjoy the outdoors w/ a friend, and walk 10k steps/day!
