Prolapse cervix: Yes some concern especially since this is your first pregnancy and I am assuming you have not had any surgeries on or through your cervix. So would advice you see your obstetrician whom might consider evaluating you both clinically and by sonography to query structural integrity of cervix, length of cervix and premature opening of cervix. Need eval for prolapse & cervical incompetence.
