Cause of headaches?: Migraines have several potential underlying causes and/or triggers. Vasculitis is one such potential cause. Vasculitis is inflammation of the blood vessels, usually due to an autoimmune condition. Treating the underlying cause is the best way to treat it. Overuse of analgesics can cause headaches too. These are called rebound headaches. Treatment involves stopping use of the analgesics.

Brain rest: Chronic daily headache is becoming more common. Often cause is excessive use of medications. Major brain rest is necessary. Avoid medications, try relaxation, meditation, yoga, herbal teas, change of life style , etc. Very difficult to reverse this downward spiral.
