Although I cannot exclude primary GI issues such as gastritis or peptic ulcers, it should be stated that uncontrolled migraine can include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Would have gastroenterologist fully evaluate stomach and bowel, but also have neurologist institute migraine prevention. In this fashion, you can cover the possibilities.
