PMS: I suppose this would come under the heading premenstrual syndrome.Some of the symptoms relate to water retention that may occur with this problem. i think the headache and polyurea is also to be explained by this syndrome. If I am right in bundling all of this together I think there are medications that will help including a mild diuretic but it must be given by your health care provider.
