Unclear: It is hard to tell without looking at the images. Findings like that (white matter focus) are common and may be associated with migraine. Vasculitis and demyelinating disease get mentioned often, but less likely to be the case if there is no relevant clinical picture. Please consult with the doctor who requested the scan.
