Why is its better to remove the entire ovary , why removal of the cyst test is not accurate for pathologic diagnosis?

WHat did your doc sa: Depends on what type of cyst it is, how big it is, whether it is sus for cancer or precancer does it look like it has consumed the entire ovary, i would have all your ?S answerd to your satisfaction before surg- that is what i always do with my pts so speak with your doc again before surgery!
