I had mirena (levonorgestrel) iud removed 2 weeks ago. had ovary pain ever since. no cysts, no fever, blood tests ok....what can b wrong? is my body adjusting?

Post Mirena (levonorgestrel): With the Mirena (levonorgestrel) out, unless you are using some other hormonal contraceptive, your ovaries are beginning to cycle again. That can lead to what you are feeling.
