Magnesium: Many of my patients have tried potassium and quinine without improvement, but 900mg of magnesium at dinner and 900mg at bedtime works well for most.

Bananas: Eat some bananas before bed. Of you are active it may just be a electrolyte imbalance. Try healthy food and see if it helps. Also plenty of fluid.
