Right away: In most cases of uncomplicated wisdom tooth extraction, return to work is immediate. I went the next day. If there is a lot of pain or developing infection, it may need to be controlled until you can résumé your job function, but that's a rare complication.

Everyone differs: Some go back the next day. Some need 2 weeks. Depending upon the difficulty of extraction or your body's response. Give yourself time to heal. Doing too much to quickly may delay the healing by having delayed healing generally though, if you feel like working, then it's probably okay.

Depends: Usually depends on what was done and how you feel. Most people take 1 day to recover and go back to work. If it was a difficult extraction you may need from a few days to a week to recover. It also matters what you do at work and what medications you were placed on. Ask the person who will extract your teeth how long they want you to rest.
