Not related: Tongue sores are common. Most often the cause is unknown but sometimes they are caused by allergy to some types of foods, most often nuts. It's called oral allergy syndrome.

Not necessarily: The tongue problem should not be related to the pregnancy. You may be just rubbing your tongue against your front teeth due to tension, etc. This will cause irritation of the tongue.
