Natural: Most of our problems with sleep have to do with the interaction of modern life with a process from our past - when there were no lights, televisions, etcetera. Sleep is not intended to be a perfect process (flick the switch and go to sleep, wake up with an alarm). The solution is to prepare for sleep with darker rooms, less activity, and to try to get to sleep at roughly the same time every night.
