Focus on sleep: There's no need for healthy individuals to hydrate while they're asleep. Our body is made to continue all its vital functions without the need for food or fluids at night. It's more important to get a good nights sleep (healthy for the body). If you're getting up in the middle of the night to urinate, try to cut back on the water before you go to bed.
