My 11 year old child is afraid to eat and i don't know what to do?

Depends: Are we talking abrupt stoppage or just long term texture aversion? If it's abrupt onset, get them seen now. There could be mouth or throat issues to address immediately. If it's a longer term texture aversion, you may need speech or occupational therapy to help deal with introducing new foods and reducing the fear.
