Clarify?: I think you said your child ate dirt with tetanus? Not sure how you know this, but usually eating a little dirt is totally fine with the GI tract. If you're worried that a chemical, toxin, or some poison was in the dirt, call Poison Control, anywhere in the US: 800-222-1222. Also call your pediatrician.
